Parminder Kaur Nagra (born 5 October 1975) is a British film and television actress. She is best known for her starring role as Jess in the 2002 film Bend It Like Beckham, as Dr Neela Rasgotra in the medical drama series ER and as Dr Lucy Banerjee in the Fox television series Alcatraz.
